About Software Strategy


Software Strategy Ltd. was founded by Allan Kelly BSc, MBA and author of "Changing Software Development: Learning to Become Agile" with the aim of helping those who create software achieve excellence.

Allan is an authority on software development processes and practices and can regularly be found giving talks at conferences - for example he was a keynote speaker at the ACCU 2009 conference.

We recommend Agile and Lean techniques simply because these embody the state of the art thinking about the best ways to do software development. Software Strategy draws on methods like Extreme Programming (XP), Scrum, Kanban and Crystal to address the needs of each organization and environment individually.
