Clients
Software Strategy works with large and small companies alike, and occasionally public sector organizations. Many of the smaller companies are technology start-ups which, while well known in their field, are not widely known.
Clients come from a variety of domains and include well known names like the BBC, Hewlett-Packard, Goldman Sachs, British Gas, lastminute.com (a division of Sabre/Travelocity) plus smaller companies like NarrowStep (Internet TV pioneers), Limehouse Software, Tessella and Aveva in the UK, clients in Europe include: IMC (Switzerland), Commentor (Denmark) and the University of Sofia (Bulgaria).
In addition I work with well known training companies like DevelopMentor, SkillsMatter and Program Utvikling to deliver public courses.
"Allan [Kelly, founder of Software Strategy] has made a real difference to the way teams work at lastminute.com.
Working with multiple teams he has successfully led change and improved processes. These teams are more responsive to business need and more effective at delivering their products. His process improvements have laid the foundations of Agile development at the company." Director, lastminute.com
"Allan [Kelly, founder of Software Strategy] is a methodical expert that brought order to an otherwise chaotic development environment. With a strong project management skillset and good technical depth, I learned more from Allan than anyone else in my last job and would hire him in any future technical environment where we could use a strong Project or Product Manager." Director of Product Marketing, NarrowStep Inc.
