Agile projects are not immune from difficulties. Either throuigh poor adoption of Agile practices or external difficulties even Agile projects can hit problems and require help.

Our approach is largely based on Agile and Lean development practices but we know that Agile alone is not enough, there is no Agile – or other – recipe book to follow when saving a project. Instead it is the thousands of decisions made everyday by the team members and, most importantly, their managers that make the difference between success and failure.
